A religious talk to mark Ilal Hijrah 1445 was held in the Temburong District yesterday, looking back on the history of the migration of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) from Makkah to Madinah and discussing the meaning of Hijrah today.
It was organised by the Mosque Affairs Department through the Muslimah Affairs Division in collaboration with the Temburong District Mosque Affairs Office and members of the Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar Mosque takmir committee in Kampong Bokok, Temburong District.
Certified da’ie of the Brunei Islamic Religious Council Siti Amal Zakiah binti Haji Md Yusof delivered the talk. – Azlan Othman
