A Tahlil ceremony was held at the Royal Mausoleum for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman, the late parents of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, and for His Majesty’s late son Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji ‘Abdul ‘Azim yesterday to mark the 29th Civil Service Day.
Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof as the Co-Chair of the Executive Committee of 29th Civil Service Day was present.
Deputy ministers, permanent secretaries, deputy permanent secretaries, heads of departments, senior government officers, officers and staff were also in attendance.
Leading the recitation of Tahlil was Imam at Mukim Saba Religious Hall Ahmad Shahrin bin Haji Matnor.
