Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) held congregational prayers and a Doa Kesyukuran ceremony at Brunei International Airport (BIA) Surau in Berakas on Thursday to commemorate its 48th anniversary.
RB’s Acting CEO Captain Sabirin bin Haji Abdul Hamid was the guest of honour and Acting Director of Civil Aviation Mohamad Azlan bin Mohammad Junaidi was the special guest. About 200 RB senior management and staff from various divisions as well as BIA stakeholders attended.
The ceremony began with a mass Maghrib prayer, followed by a Sunnat Hajat prayers, the recitation of Surah Yaasiin and a Doa Kesyukuran led by BIA Surau Imam Haji Mohammad Ashraf bin Haji Bujang. It concluded with a mass Isyak prayer.
