Perbadanan Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei (Perbadanan TAIB) and its subsidiaries Insurans Islam TAIB Holdings Sdn Bhd, Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd and TAIB Filling Station Sdn Bhd, hosted a Doa Kesyukuran and Sunnat Hajat prayers ceremony at the Az-Zakireen Mosque, RPN Kampong Meragang, in conjunction with its 33rd anniversary celebration.
Minister of Religious Affairs Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman as the Advisor of Perbadanan TAIB’s Board of Directors and Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Defence II Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof in his capacity as the Chairman of Perbadanan TAIB’s Board of Directors were present as special guests. Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohd Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan as the Deputy Chairman of Perbadanan TAIB; and Assistant State Mufti (‘Ifta) Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Dennie bin Haji Abdullah as the Chairman of Perbadanan TAIB’s Syariah Advisory Committee were also present.
Az-Zakireen Mosque imam Haji Shahbirin bin Haji Mohd Noor led a mass Maghrib prayer and Sunnat Hajat prayers, while mosque affairs officer Haji Nurhidayatullah bin Haji Zulkiflee led the recitation of Surah Yaasiin. Executive Officer of the Syariah Department of Perbadanan TAIB Haji Md Yusruddin bin Pehin Siraja Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Dr Ustaz Haji Yahya led the recitation of Doa Kesyukuran.
