The Immigration and National Registration Department (INRD) will open its counters for new registration, renewal, and replacements of damaged or lost identification card (IC) from September 19.
This is specific to yellow and purple ICs only.
Members of the public can book an appointment via the QueUp mobile application or walk-in to the headquarters, or via walk-in at other department branches.
