A number of companies were open early yesterday morning to offer refreshments and treats to participants and spectators of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 77th birthday celebration in the capital.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Mayapuri Bandar outlet opened up at 5.30am for visitors, who enjoyed promotional prices and discounts at the outlet.
The company’s corporate social responsibility initiative, The Caring Cup, also distributed 500 cups of iced coffee and tea to parade participants.
