Two Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) publications – Policy Guidance Workplace Harassment and RBAF Leadership Handbook (Training) – were launched yesterday to address the issue of workplace harassment and enhance leadership.
The launch was held at the auditorium of Defence Academy RBAF in Kampong Tanah Jambu.
Commander of the RBAF Major General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sahat was the guest of honour.
The event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Acting Director of the RBAF Religious Department (JAMA’AT) Commander Haji Ainolnizam bin Haji Ibrahim.
It continued with the launch of the two publications by the guest of honour, followed by the recitation of Doa Selamat.
The Policy Guidance Workplace Harassment is aimed at mitigating workplace harassment among RBAF personnel by heightening workplace ethics awareness and knowledge.
The RBAF Leadership Handbook (Training) builds upon existing knowledge in the study of leadership within the armed forces, enhanced by Maqasid Syariah values.
