The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) donated relief aid to the victims of the November 2022 earthquake that struck Cianjur, Indonesia.
The donation, worth BND2,000 was presented to the then-Chief of the Indonesian Defence Force General Dato Paduka Seri Andika Perkasa, by the RBAF Commander Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, during his introductory visit to Indonesia in December.
The Indonesia Defence Force used the funds to purchase relief items and distributed them on behalf of the RBAF on December 27, 2022.
The aid comprised 144 pieces of clothing for girls, 120 pieces of clothing for boys and 25 boxes of clothing for adults.
