Radio Television Brunei (RTB) hosted a Doa Arwah, Tahlil and iftar ceremony, as well as a donation presentation for 40 orphans as part of its annual Jalinan Kasih programme at the Tutong District Civic Centre Complex recently.
Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque Pekan Tutong imam Muhammad Waiz bin Tajuddin led the recitation of Tahlil, followed with guest of honour Acting Tutong District Officer Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri and Soon Lee Heavy Machinery Sdn Bhd Operations Manager Ong Chee Mang presenting donations to the orphans which included basic necessities and cash.
Legislative Council member Yang Berhormat Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hamdan, RTB Acting Director Cheong Chee Keong and the 16th Jalinan Kasih programme Chairperson Muhammad Muizzuddin Asyur bin Mat Japar were also in attendance. – Lyna Mohamad
