Bruneian qari Abdul Aziz bin Noor Nasran who placed top 10 in the 26th International Al-Quran memorisation contest in Dubai, United Arab Emirates returned to the Sultanate yesterday.
He was welcomed by Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) Haji Mohammad Rosli bin Haji Ibrahim and other officials from MoRA.
