QAF Auto awarded best employees of 2021, and long-serving individuals have also been recognised with trophies and prizes.
For Best BMW Sales category, QAF Auto awarded three top sales consultants: Abdullah bin Haji Kasim in first place with 100,000 Royal Skies miles, Jefferson Argas Enau in second with 80,000 Royal Skies miles and Noorshelina binti Haji Abdul Karim in third with 50,000 Royal Skies miles. Under sales category, BMW Most Improved Sales was awarded to Abu Bakar bin Haji Awang Besar and BMW Best Rookie of the Year to Liew Shien Yee with 50,000 Royal Skies miles.
Abdullah, in an interview, said, “This recognition drives me to improve in customer service and to contribute more towards the company and the BMW brand.”
Jefferson, who has been working for the brand for more than 20 years, expressed his gratitude for his customers for believing in him and entrusted him with the purchase of their dream BMW.
Abu Bakar, who has been with the company for 15 years this year, said he did not expect to win any awards but was happy with the acknowledgement given by the company for his efforts and will continue to do his best in the future.
Noorshelina, who also has been with the company for 15 years, said she was surprised to be getting the award and it motivated her to work harder this year.
She also said, ”I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my goals if it weren’t for my passion and all the hard work.”
Meanwhile MINI Top Sales award, which was received by Verginia Mintarsih Hakim, who brought home a trophy and 100,000 Royal Skies miles.
For Best BMW Aftersales category, QAF Auto awarded three top technicians: Joselito Bacatio Orillinida in first place, Mohamad Azemi bin Abdul Wahab in second and Joseph G Recato in third. Also under aftersales category was BMW Top Customer Service Advisor to Puvandira Gunanathan. Each was awarded a trophy and cash vouchers from BMW Lifestyle.
For BMW special awards, BMW sales administrator Hajah Hana Zikriah Zafirah binti Haji Hamdi was named the BMW Best Sales Supporting Employee. She expressed her gratitude for the opportunity as well as the acknowledgement given. BMW aftersales administrator Ainul Basirah binti Johari received the BMW Best Aftersales Supporting Employee 2021, while BMW technical trainer and technical support executive Wong Jau Liaun was named the BMW Best Employee Award 2021.
Wong said, “Thank you for entrusting me with this award. Let’s work together to achieve our common goal, to deliver premium service to our customers.”
This year, the company awarded four employees with certificates and prizes for having served the company for more than 20 years, 12 employees for over 10 years and 13 employees for more than five years.
QAF Auto’s Body and Paint Manager Ishak bin Haji Abang, who has been with the company for 25 years, said he’s grateful to the company for the acknowledgement and the award keeps him motivated to contribute positively to the organisation and enjoy the BMW journey.
QAF Auto General Manager Alisa Khoo said, “We would like to thank all our employees for their continued efforts, dedication and loyalty. We hope that this will motivate them even more.”
