Pusat Ehsan students treated to traditional art of diabolo

The internationally-acclaimed Taiwan Diabolo Dance Theatre captivated students at Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam in Kampong Bengkurong yesterday.

The troupe, who were specially flown in from Taiwan by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in Brunei Darussalam, put on a mesmerising performance, showcasing the traditional art of diabolo to the students.

Also in attendance were Executive Trustee of Pusat Ehsan Pengiran Datin Hajah Norani binti Pengiran Dipa Negara Laila Diraja Pengiran Haji Abd Momin and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Brunei Darussalam representative Vanessa Yea-Ping Shih. – Rokiah Mahmud
