The Blood Donation Centre at the Laboratory Services Department, Ministry of Health, called on the public to take part in upcoming blood donation campaigns.
A blood donation campaign will be held at the Foochow Association building in Kuala Belait from 9am to 1.30pm today, with another at the Tranquility Café, Kiarong Complex from 10am to 1.30pm tomorrow.
The Parents and Teachers Association of Masin Secondary School will hold a blood donation drive at the school’s premise from 9am to 11.30am on Tuesday.
In conjunction with World Blood Donor Day, the Blood Donation Centre will organise blood donation campaigns.
The first will be held at the Blood Donation Centre, Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital from 8am to 11.30am and 1.40pm to 3.30pm on June 14, and at the Al-‘Afiah Hall of the Ministry of Health from 9am to 11.30am and 1.30pm to 3.30pm on June 19 and 20.
Donors are encouraged to book their blood donation slots via the BloodKad app.
