PSJD came back from a goal down to win 2-1 against Sahabat FT at the Berakas Sports Complex last weekend and claimed their place in the final of the BTB 11-a-side Veteran Football League Championship.
The Tutong-based outfit will meet Azam FT in the title decider. Haji Rudy bin Yahya had threatened an upset following his effort in the 11th minute for Sahabat.
However, former national star Suni bin Mat Jerah drew his side level in the 20th minute, before Muhamad Sadiy Abdullah Tujoh came up with the winning penalty three minutes later. The much-anticipated final is scheduled to be held on November 18. – Fadhil Yunus
