Fairview School held a Hari Raya celebration joined by students, teachers and staff in an effort to promote social and cultural cohesiveness.
Fairview School Managing Director Dato Seri Laila Jasa Haji Ahmad bin Dato Paduka Matnor was present along with the school’s Head of Administration Datin Paduka Hajah Fatimah binti Dato Paduka Haji Mohd Husain.
The celebration featured students belting out Raya songs such as Suasana Hari Raya, Nazam Lebaran, Seloka Hari Raya, Raya Raya Raya and Bersyukur Seadanya.
There were also motivational speeches and pantun from students.
Other activities include a quiz, an announcement of the best class decoration for the Hari Raya celebration as well as the best attire winner, a colouring contest, a do-it-yourself Raya envelope and lemang Raya sessions.
