Prizes aplenty in ‘Cuti-Cuti Malaysia’ campaign

The ‘Cuti-Cuti Malaysia’ Campaign, jointly organised by Straits Central Agencies Sdn Bhd (SCA), Tourism Malaysia and Baiduri Bank was launched at Anjung Saujana Restaurant of the Brunei International Airport yesterday.

The campaign offers lucky draw entry exclusively for Baiduri Bank debit and credit card holders who spend a minimum of BND20 in Malaysia. Travel product purchases made at SCA will double the chance to win prizes.

The collaboration is aimed at promoting exciting holiday packages to Malaysia such as Genting Highlands, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Penang, Johor, Kuching, and Kota Kinabalu.

It was officially launched through the campaign’s commercial video on the LED screen by SCA General Manager Nur Khadijah Abdullah, Head of Card Business of Baiduri Bank Davern Lim,  representative from Tourism Malaysia Efarina Abang Haji Osman, and Iffah Fifi as the face of ‘Cuti-Cuti Malaysia’.

“This exclusive collaboration with Tourism Malaysia and Baiduri Bank offers holiday packages to Genting Highlands, Melaka, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu complemented with Royal Skies Miles equivalent to two air tickets in miles to the respective destinations,” said Nur Khadijah.

Prizes for Genting Highlands and Melaka will be inclusive of two nights’ stay in Kuala Lumpur and return transfers with a two nights stay at Mercure Miri City Centre are also up for grab, she added.

Director of Tourism Malaysia Brunei Darussalam Hazrina Azman said the collaboration is an initiative to ensure Malaysia remains the preferred destination among the Bruneians, adding that last year Malaysia recorded 301,757 tourist arrivals from Brunei.

“In a bid to welcome 1.1 million arrivals from Brunei this year, the exciting offers are tailored according to the market preferences and interest with an added value not to be missed,” she said.

Davern Lim, meanwhile, expressed excitement for the collaboration with SCA and Tourism Malaysia as well as the inclusion of Baiduri cardholders in the promotion.

“The campaign is not just about winning rewards, but also about creating memorable experiences and enhancing the lifestyle of our customers.” – Lyna Mohamad
