His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Malik, Chairman of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Committee of Governors, underscored the importance of ensuring that no one in the country is left out from receiving His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s personal gift of dates for Ramadhan.
Delivering a sabda at the launch of the distribution on Tuesday, His Royal Highness reminded the management of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah and all involved agencies to fulfil their respective roles efficiently.
“This is our collective responsibility to ensure that the entrusted duty is carried out properly,” His Royal Highness said.

He expressed confidence that the continuous refinement of the distribution system would lead to improved efficiency, ensuring the successful and smooth implementation of His Majesty’s initiative.
His Royal Highness also paid tribute to the tireless and coordinated efforts of all involved in the distribution process. “With teamwork, cooperation, and the spirit of assisting one another, Insha Allah, all challenges can be overcome in the implementation of this noble initiative of His Majesty,” he said.- James Kon
