Preliminary inquiries into the case of a local man involving charges of murder and seven other counts of physical abuse of his four-year-old nephew have been fixed to be heard on June 27 and 28.
Mohamad Suhaib bin Haji Narudin allegedly physically abused the victim before murdering him.
Meanwhile, the defendant’s wife pleaded guilty to four counts of physical abuse of the same victim recently and will be sentenced on February 14.
