Muslim guidance classes nationwide organised a recitation of Surah Yaasiin, Ratib Al-Attas and prayer yesterday to show support and pray to Allah the Almighty for the Palestinian people.
The event also encouraged the participants to pray and recite Wirid when facing difficulties as well as pray for Muslim brethren experiencing hardship. The event also collected donations for Humanitarian Fund for Palestinians in Gaza 2023 and strengthened ties among participants.
Minister of Religious Affairs’ spouse Datin Hajah Nahriah binti Haji Awang Asbi was present at the event organised by the Mosque Affairs Department’s Muslim Affairs Division and Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah’s Mosque Takmir Committee members. – Azlan Othman
