Lexus Brunei introduced the all-new third generation Lexus GX in line with the interests for the market in owning a powerful off-road SUV during a launch at the Lexus Gadong showroom on Friday.
NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd Managing Director Haji Ahmad Omar bin Pehin Dato Haji Husin and Lexus Brunei General Manager Muhammad Clovien bin Abdullah Timpoh officiated the event.
Customers were introduced to Lexus’ latest SUV model line-up, the Lexus GX 550. Two variants are available in the Sultanate – the Premium and the Overtrail.
The GX can be summed up into a basic performance renewed by adoption of new GA-F platform (Ladder-Frame) developed in the harshest environments around the world to further evolve off-road performance, the infusion of the ‘Lexus Driving Signature’ by thoroughly refining the fundamental characteristics of the vehicle, optimised off-road proportions rooted in functionality, an interior providing comfort even in harsh environments, and an ‘Overtrail’ grade that fuels the insatiable appetite for adventure.
The exterior design crafted meticulously following Lexus’ ‘Takumi Craftsmanship’ shows its own uniqueness in functional essence and dynamic performance creating a striking aesthetic as an authentic off-roader.
The interior is thoughtfully equipped with features to create a modern and comfortable space, instilling customers with a sense of security in any environment.
Equipped with the latest preventive safety technology, Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 advanced safety technologies to reduce the burden on drivers during long distance journeys.
