AFP/ELLE – The Sevillian catwalk has celebrated its XXVII edition and has reaffirmed the power of flamenco fashion, the incredible work of national designers and yes, it has also defined some of the most important fashion trends of the year.
One of the great artistic legacies, without a doubt, is flamenco fashion. With its own characteristic features: the craftsmanship, the colour, its polka dot patterns, the movement of its dresses and yes, all that power and magic that surrounds something so unique, but capable of crossing borders and inspiring needle masters around the world.
Flamenco fashion is Spanish haute couture and, how could it be otherwise given its importance, it has its own catwalks. The most important and well-known SIMOF, which has returned this year, is stronger than ever.
