The Department of Electrical Services (DES) and Brunei Shell Petroleum Sdn Bhd (BSP) issued a joint statement on Sunday announcing the fully restored electricity supply.
Referring to the temporary electricity supply interruption caused by a maintenance and restoration work on gas pipeline PID0016 carried out by BSP on December 22 to 23, DES and BSP informed the public that maintenance and restoration work on the gas pipeline has completed successfully. As soon as the works completed, electricity supply has been fully restored to the affected areas at 12.08am, December 24.
DES and BSP thanked the public for their patience and confidence given to restore the temporary power supply interruption. – JAMES KON
