The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) held a Doa Kesyukuran ceremony and mass Asar prayer at Ash-Shaliheen Mosque yesterday to mark the 41st birthday anniversary of His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Malik.
Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Defence II Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof and Chief Syar’ie Judge Pehin Orang Kaya Paduka Seri Utama Dato Paduka Seri Setia Haji Awang Salim bin Haji Besar attended the event.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Yaasiin and Doa led by Ash-Shaliheen Mosque Affairs Officer Haji Mohammad Izzat Izzuddin bin Begawan Pehin Khatib Dato Paduka Haji Emran.
The ceremony aimed to express gratitude and to supplicate to Allah the Almighty for good health, longevity and well-being of His Royal Highness and members of the royal family. – Azlan Othman
