The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO)yesterday held a religious event to mark the 48th birth anniversary of His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office at Ash-Shaliheen Mosque.
Leading the office and departments was Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud.
Also in attendance were Chief Syar’ie Judge Pehin Orang Kaya Paduka Seri Utama Dato Paduka Seri Setia Haji Awang Salim bin Haji Besar, permanent secretaries, deputy permanent secretaries, heads of departments, officers and staffs under the PMO.
The event began with the recitation of Surah Yaasiin followed by a Doa Kesyukuran and mass Asar prayer led by Ash-Shaliheen Mosque Officer.
The ceremony aimed to express gratitude and seek Allah the Almighty continued blessings on His Royal Highness and the royal family.
