The country is currently experiencing long and heavy frequent downpours, which means some parts of the country are constantly flooded. However, where I live in Sumbiling, whenever it rains, residents will expect the roads to be submerged and water level reaching 30 centimetres high.
It is a nightmare for us. We have long suspected that the issue lies in drainage blockage.
I hope the authorities could look into the matter as more rain is on the horizon.
