The final Pentarama performance for 2024 drew large crowds in the Belait District as performers took to the stage at the gerai perayaan with a variety of songs, drama and skits.
Local artistes Ahmadshah, Yaniey Junaini, Krunn Muhamad, Dayat Ahim and Rasyqah Sofian sang local hits while Pento XYZ performed a drama, Scammer.
Meanwhile, RAJIKI performed their comedy routine Pasang Surut Kehidupan. The performance culminated with local artistes singing Dirgahayu.
Acting Belait District Officer Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad was the guest of honour.
The Pentarama performances in the four districts were organised by the Information Department in conjunction with His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 78th birthday celebration. – Daniel Lim
