Mukim Tanjong Maya Consultative Council and Kampong Lubok Pulau Village Consultative Council hosted a National Day motorcycle ride yesterday in conjunction with the 40th National Day.
Acting Tutong District Officer Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, as the guest of honour, officiated the ride which began at Mukim Tanjong Maya community hall. Some 30 riders participated in the 40-kilometre journey around Tutong District.
A religious activity was also held at dawn with the cooperation of Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan, mosque takmir committee and villagers. – James Kon
