    Partnership drives local tech support

    ManageEngine announced that it is strengthening its presence in the Sultanate through its new partnership with Concepts Technologies.

    The strategic partnership will allow ManageEngine customers to benefit from local resources, expertise and customer service support for enterprise information technology (IT) management to accelerate their digital and cybersecurity adoption.

    With over 15 years’ presence in Brunei, ManageEngine has been supporting enterprises across key verticals including oil and gas; banking, financial services and insurance; the government and public sector; and healthcare. Through the partnership, ManageEngine aims to promote its brand locally and increase market penetration to drive the digital transformation mandate in these sectors.

    Through its partnership with Concepts Technologies, the company aims to deliver streamlined implementation and support to local customers.
