Progresif Sdn Bhd on Tuesday announced a new exclusive partnership with NordVPN, known internationally for being one of the fastest virtual private network (VPN) services to combat the rising cases of security breaches.
Progresif will offer NordVPN as a new bundle product through their Progresif Care+ app, online store, and physical stores according to Progresif.
Progresif Chief Executive Officer Hajah Nurul Haniah Haji Jaafar said they are thrilled over the partnership with NordVPN to provide customers with the best security and privacy solutions available. She added that the partnership is to empower customers with tools to thrive in the digital age, while maintaining their privacy and security.
NordVPN provides advanced security and privacy technological features. That encrypts all Internet traffic and provides a secure connection.
It also features Dark Web monitoring which continuously scans dark web sites for personal leaked credentials, providing an extra layer of protection.
Additionally, NordVPN has a feature Threat Protection, which blocks trackers and intrusive ads and stops users from landing on malicious websites.
Threat Protection scans the downloaded files for malware and blocks them before they infect the device.
Customers who subscribe to the Progresif Fibre plan bundle and the MORE plan will receive a complimentary NordVPN service for one year, along with free-gift vouchers to selected streaming platforms of their choice.
