The Public Works Department (JKR) of the Ministry of Development announced the closure of half the road on the Tungku Highway in both directions from yesterday until October 14, between 10pm and 4.30am.
The closure is to allow for pruning works and tree cutting along the highway.
The department advised highway users to be cautious when passing through the area and to comply with traffic signs and speed limits.
