Baiduri Bank cardholders Muhammad Afiffi bin Haji Roslan and Hazirah binti Jalil each won an all-expenses paid trip to the Olympic Games Paris 2024 for two adults yesterday after they picked the right mock croissant to the grand prize for ‘Win a trip to the Olympic Games Paris 2024, thanks to Visa’ promotion during a prize presentation ceremony at the atrium of the Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

The trip includes airport/train station transfers in Paris via motorcoach, five-day-four-night stay at The Hoxton, Paris, inclusive of daily breakfast and light snacks, a Paris Metro card for transport to and from Olympic events, a Paris Tourist pass, Visa prepaid product valued at USD400, gifts/amenities valued at USD400, Visa Everywhere Lounge at the hotel as well as a luggage set and AirTags.

Muhammad Afiffi in an interview said, “Thank you to Baiduri Bank for giving us this opportunity. We look forward to going on this trip.

“Although it’s very sudden, I have luckily already made preparation for the trip to go with my wife for our second honeymoon.“

He jokingly added, “I had a feeling that I would win the trip to Paris today.”

He also said, “I frequently use Baiduri’s Royal Brunei Visa to collect Royal Skies miles. It’s a very useful card.”

Meanwhile, Hazirah said, “Alhamdulillah, I am very happy to have won. I didn’t expect to win an all-expenses paid trip to the Olympic Games Paris 2024.

“I received a call on Tuesday and felt I would have been grateful to win any of the prizes. But winning the grand prize has a different feeling to it.”

She added, “I always use Baiduri’s Royal Brunei Visa to collect Royal Skies miles. I have been using it to get free trips. So far, I have been able to redeem two trips to Kuala Lumpur.”

The third prize of a paid trip to London for, two which includes two return flight tickets from Brunei to London and accommodation voucher went to Haji Mohammad Fawzi bin Haji Zainal Abidin.

Baiduri Bank Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Banking Manuel Bulens presented the prizes

Head of Retail Banking Lim Kian Chiong said, “We are delighted to partner with Visa and Royal Brunei who are both committed to providing rewarding experiences, creating unique opportunities for our customers and enhancing their overall banking experience.”
