Opportunity to further technical studies in Malaysia

The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) is currently offering its 2022 scholarship for international students from the MTCP recipient countries with online applications beginning on June 16.

Sponsored by the Malaysian government, the programme is dedicated to international students from developing countries to pursue their postgraduate studies in Malaysia and to provide students the knowledge and skills that could contribute to the development of their respective countries.

The duration of the award is between 12 to 24 months for Master’s Degree programme, covering tuition fees and other allowances worth MYR3,500 per month.

Applicants must be below 45 years at the time of application and possess a Second Class Upper (Honors) / CGPA 3.50 at undergraduate level.

The English language requirements are IELTS overall score of 6.0 and above, or TOEFL iBT total score of 70 and above.

The shortlisting process will take place at the end of next month while interview sessions will be conducted in early August. Successful applications will be announced by mid August.
