The Public Works Department (JKR) announced that the operating hours during Ramadhan for water and gas bill payment counters at Water Services Department in Jalan Tasek Lama, JKR Kuala Belait and Seria and JKR Tutong are from 8.15am to noon from Monday to Thursday and 8.15-10am on Saturday.
However, the public is urged to make online payments through the mobile app, cash deposit machines for Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, Baiduri Bank and Standard Chartered Bank clients.
