The Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) Satellite at Jefri Bolkiah Campus (JBC) in Kuala Belait, held a three-day open day yesterday for students to gain information about the programmes offered by the campus.
Several booths were set up at the campus’ Multi-Purpose Hall including the School of Energy and Engineering Satellite showcasing HNTec programme in Building Services Engineering. The school is also promoting HNTec in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, HNTec in Plant Engineering, and Diploma in Control and Automation Engineering.
Meanwhile, the School of Information and Communication Technology is offering HNTec programmes in Computer Networking and Information Technology.
Brunei Maritime Academy is showcasing its Deck Rating and Engine Rating programme.
Other activities include briefings for students and the TVECAS help desk for students applying online. There were also campus tour, marine industry showcase, UBD Corporation Sdn Bhd and projects displayed by students.
