In this rapidly evolving world, the pursuit of knowledge has never been more critical. The landscape of education is shifting and the traditional models of learning are transforming, said Assistant Director (Academic) of Lifelong Learning Centre (L3C) at the Ministry of Education Walter Chong Meng Siong yesterday.
He said L3C recognises the importance of keeping pace with changes and the centre strives to be at the forefront of innovative learning experiences.

He said the open day is a symbol of the centre’s ongoing efforts to foster a culture of continuous learning, personal development, and professional excellence.
The event, which ends tomorrow, will see briefings by training providers throughout the open day.
Visitors can interact with over 20 exhibitors including Manpower Planning and Employment Council (MPEC) Secretariat at the Prime Minister’s Office and registered training providers.
There are also food vendors from L3C alumni in the cooking and handicraft programme.
