Open day offers learning, networking opportunities

The Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) will hold the C3L Open Day and Lifelong Learning Festival tomorrow at The Institute for Leadership, Innovation and Advancement (ILIA) Building, UBD.

Participants can explore innovative training solutions presented by exhibitors as well as immerse themselves in talks centred on themes such as lifelong learning, digital technology, and the cutting-edge realm of Generative Artificial Intelligence.

The showcase promises educational experience, highlighting the latest trends and advancements in lifelong learning and technology.

C3L has consistently sought to create opportunities that promote lifelong learning, networking, and professional development among its community.

The event aims to provide a platform for alumni, current students, faculty, and external stakeholders to explore and engage in meaningful learning experiences, while also fostering connections among participants.

The event will also feature a prize-giving ceremony celebrating the achievements and contributions of its participants.

The festival’s standout features include Celebrating Achievements with ‘Portraits of Triumph’: In a special tribute to C3L graduates and alumni, the event will unveil a dedicated ‘Portraits of Triumph’ wall. This celebratory installation honours the achievements and successes of C3L’s distinguished alumni.

Another standout is Cultivating Connections – Networking and Engagement Opportunities: to foster meaningful connections. The event is a platform where alumni, students, faculty, and training providers converge, offering an environment for participants to engage in discussions, exchange experiences, and form networks.
