In response to the letter, ‘Online booking system for sports facilities not working’, published in the Bulletin’s Opinion page on June 11 by Sport Buff, the Treasury Department at the Ministry of Finance and Economy would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. The ministry was aware of the issue raised in the letter and had been working closely with the system’s vendor to perform immediate troubleshooting to rectify the matter.
Alhamdulillah, the issue has been resolved, and bookings for sports facilities can now be made through the website.
