The Ministry of Education, through the Department of Higher Education, announced that the first round of HECAS 2023 online application to local higher education institutions – Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali, Universiti Teknologi Brunei, Politeknik Brunei – and the Brunei Government Overseas Scholarship under the Department of Scholarship Management for the academic year 2023/2024 will be held from January 16 to March 2 at 3pm.
Information can be obtained from http://moe.gov.bn or hecas.moe.gov.bn. For enquiries, applicants can contact the HECAS Administration by emailing to ask.hecas@moe.gov.bn, or by calling 2381992 or 2384149 during office hours.
The ministry also announced that the application for the Education Loan Assistance Scheme (SBPP) for the academic year 2023/2024 will run from January 16 until March 2, at 4pm.
