One COVID-19 case passed away yesterday, according to the Ministry of Health (MoH).
Meanwhile, the ministry reported five Category 4 cases and no case in Category 5 yesterday.
Category 4 cases require respiratory assistance and close monitoring while Category 5 require treatment in the intensive care unit.
The MoH reported 74.5 per cent of the country’s population have received the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine while 6.1 per cent have received the fourth shot.
Meanwhile, 79.1 per cent of children aged five to 11 have received a second dose of the vaccine.
