Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council (BDNOC) in collaboration with Department of Youth and Sports at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport are gearing up to host Olympic Day Run this Sunday.
The Olympic Day Run 2024 in Brunei will commence at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien. The event, kicking off at 7am, is a celebration of Olympic values of excellence, friendship and respect.
The route will then take participants through the scenic streets of the capital city with well-marked course dotted with water stations.
Registered participants for the Olympic Day Run 2024 are required to collect their event shirts on the day of the event. The collection point is the Grand Stand at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien, from 5.30am to 6.30am.
Only registered participants are allowed to collect their Olympic Day Run shirt and no alternative collection arrangements can be made for those who unable to collect their shirt.
Registered participants must bring their receipt and a form of identification (such as identity card) for verification purposes.
There is a designated drop-off point in front of the Department of Electrical Services to facilitate a smoother collection process for participants with special
needs.
