    OCR national team receives sponsorship

    Brunei Obstacle Challenge Racing (OCR) national team, a sub-group under Brunei Adventure Recreation Association (BARA) recently received a sponsor from Dynamic Sports during a sponsorship handover at Dynamic Sports store at The Walk, Beribi.

    Dynamic Sports representative Lau Soon Tiong presented the sponsorship to the Brunei OCR national team.

    Brunei OCR national team’s coach Pengiran Muhamad Rafie bin Pengiran Saiful Redzalli was also present.

    The Brunei OCR national team will compete in the 2023 Ninja World Cup Asia which will be held at Pasig City, Manila, the Philippines from March 31 to April 2.

    Five athletes will compete in the Ninja 100 metres category, where the best out of two attempted runs will be used for their qualifiers, before proceeding into the finals.

    The athletes are Muhd Hasnal Husna bin Ahmad, Muhammad Adid bin Abdul Kadir, Awangku Muhd Nur’Nazirul Mubin bin Pengiran Roslan, Awangku Muhammad Habibullah bin Pengiran Haji Jufri and Azizil Anwar bin Mosli.

    The participation of Brunei OCR national team in the 2023 Ninja World Cup Asia is part of preparations for the Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) 2023 in May in Cambodia.
