There are no mukims in the red zone – with over 80 new cases detected – or orange zone – with 41 to 80 cases detected – in the latest map of newly diagnosed COVID-19 cases in the country.
Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar said this during the press conference yesterday, adding that, “to provide a clearer picture of the location of the positive cases detected in the country, the Ministry of Health would like to share some of the results of the research”.
He added, “Between January 16 and 22, Alhamdulillah, there were no mukims with over 40 cases, of which 20 mukims (51.3 per cent) had between one and 40 cases and 19 mukims (48.7 per cent) had zero cases.”
