Attorney General Dato Seri Paduka Haji Ahmad bin Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Setia Bakti Di-Raja Dato Laila Utama Haji Awang Isa, Chairman of the first ASEAN Ministers/Attorneys General Meeting of the Central Authorities on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters (AMAG-MLAT) Brunei Darussalam, hosted a dinner at Royal Berkshire Hall, Royal Brunei Polo and Riding Club in Jerudong on Wednesday.
The event feted heads of ASEAN member states, Timor-Leste, ASEAN Secretariat and delegates, after convening for the AMAG-MLAT at The Empire Brunei.
Delegates enjoyed a showcase of the Sultanate’s culture through traditional performances and local cuisine.
The meeting also adopted the reports of the first and second senior officials’ meeting of the Central Authorities on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters (SOM-MLAT). – Fadley Faisal
