Perbadanan Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei (Perbadanan TAIB) held its annual dinner, in conjunction with its 32nd anniversary, at the Songket Hall, The Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong yesterday.
Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Defence II in his capacity as the Chairman of Perbadanan TAIB’s Board of Directors, Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof was the guest of honour.
Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II, as the Advisor to Perbadanan TAIB’s Board of Directors, Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah; and Assistant State Mufti (‘Ifta), as the Chairman of Perbadanan TAIB’s Syariah Advisory Committee, Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Dennie bin Haji Abdullah were also present.
The celebration also saw a prize presentation to the winners and the champions of the TGOC Sports Tournament 2023.
Team Emerald was named the champion while in second place was Team Citrine and in third Team Amethyst.
Also present were members of the Board of Directors and Syariah Advisory Committee; and officers and staff of Perbadanan TAIB and its subsidiaries, Insurans Islam TAIB Holdings Sdn Bhd, Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd and TAIB Filing Station Sdn Bhd. – Adib Noor
