Avocbar restaurant opened its doors with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Kiulap yesterday, marking the restaurant’s fifth franchise.
Avocbar is a franchise from Malaysia, beginning its journey in the healthy food industry in 2020. It remains a popular choice due to its selection and family-friendly ambience.
The restaurant offers healthy dishes made from fresh ingredients.
Avocbar owner Kenny Tchung and partner Abdul Wahab Fadillah along with the management and staff officiated the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Avocbar aims to inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle through eating clean and introducing culinary meals, formulated to suit anyone, whether it be for gym enthusiasts, weight loss goals or simply indulging in a healthy living. It’s also perfect for children.
“We decided to open the restaurant because as gym goers, we found it difficult to find a restaurant offering healthy meals. Due to work and other factors, we might also not have time to prepare meals at home. When we say healthy, it is not just the ‘greens’ that amplify it as a good dish but rather its nutritional value and content,” said Kenny Tchung.
Avocbar also sets a benchmark to produce and offer healthy meals by selecting low GI and keto friendly ingredients.
Abdul Wahab said, “We have all heard the term ‘you are what you eat’, which is Avocbar’s slogan. But how often does it resonate with us? When I embarked on my weight loss journey, it was truly a difficult challenge.”
He added that eating clean was important and played a fundamental role in his aspirations to be healthy after failing a medical test. That was when he knew he had to get his health back on track.
However, exercising was not enough. “Eating right was the key to my goals. Once I started eating clean, I started seeing positive results. From these challenges, we brought in Avocbar with the hopes it can help others as well,” Abdul Wahab said.
Avocbar also caters for meal plans that can also be customised for Boss Gym members.
Kenny Tchung also officiated the opening of Maxgame shop along with Maxgame Malaysia Franchise founder Jack Chin.
