Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah College (MDPMAMB) officially launched its new MD Finance E-book yesterday at the Student Learning and Service Centre. The e-book, designed to provide a systematic and effective guide to financial management from an expenditure perspective, was officially launched by the Principal Dayangku Hajah Nooramaliatifah binti Pengiran Haji Ahmad.
The e-book, compiled by the Finance Section of MDPMAMB, serves as an essential reference for teachers and staff of the college. It ensures that funds contributed by parents, students, companies and stakeholders are managed responsibly and in compliance with procedures established by both the government and the college. It aims to enhance transparency and efficiency in financial matters, contributing to the college’s mission of delivering high-quality education.
The e-book provides clear procedures for handling financial applications related to expenditures and purchases, ensuring that financial management aligns with the goals of Brunei Vision 2035. The principal also expressed hope that the e-book would foster greater collaboration among teachers and staff in adhering to the college’s financial procedures.
The event concluded with a demonstration of the e-book’s features and how it can be used as a practical tool for daily financial operations at the college.
