NBT Brunei Sdn Bhd will host the inaugural NBT Trophy 2022 in partnership with the Brunei Darussalam Golf Association (BDGA) at The Empire Brunei golf course in Jerudong from today to November 13.
Four categories will be contested – Invited Pros, Men’s Open, Senior Open, and Ladies Open.
The tournament has received an overwhelmingly positive response, with 295 golfers signing up for the four-day event.
The top three winners in the gross, pro, Division ‘A’ Nett, Division ‘B’ Nett, Senior and Ladies will win cash prizes.
Meanwhile, hole-in-one and novelty prizes include a Lexus RX in Hole #4, Lexus UX in Hole #7, Toyota Cross in Hole #14 and Toyota Raize in Hole #16.
The NBT Trophy 2022 will serve as a platform to bring together the Sultanate’s golfing community and strengthen bonds among members.
The competition will be played according to a stroke play format over 18 holes.
