In commemoration of the historic event of Israk and Mikraj of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), the National Level Israk and Mikraj Celebration for 1446 Hijrah will be held on Monday, 27th of Rejab 1446 Hijrah, corresponding to January 27.
The event will begin at 9am at the Plenary Hall of the International Convention Centre in Berakas themed ‘Sembahyang Mencerdaskan Minda’.
The celebration will feature the recitation of verses from Al-Quran along with tadabbur and a special session. The event is jointly organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Development, and Takaful Brunei Darussalam Sdn Bhd. The public is invited to participate in this religious celebration, reflecting on the spiritual significance of prayer. – Fadley Faisal
