The day kicked off with an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven Marketing Masterclass led by Chief Experience Officer at the Global Brand Academy Dr Jerome Joseph, CSP. Participants were introduced to cutting-edge AI technologies and their applications in marketing, including tools for content creation, automation and social media optimisation. The session allowed attendees to engage in hands-on exercises, testing AI tools and building strategies in real-time.

Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) presented a session titled ‘Digital Solutions to Aid the Business of MSMEs’, where participants explored innovative digital tools designed to streamline business operations and improve efficiency. The session also included a question-and-answer segment, enabling attendees to address their specific business challenges and learn practical solutions directly from experts.

The workshops provided a collaborative environment, with participants working in clusters to maximise interaction and idea sharing. The venue was equipped with dedicated workstations and digital resources, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
