The Tutong District KEKAL Motorcycle Club held a mass Maghrib prayer, Sunnat Hajat prayer, reading of the Surah Yaasiin and tahlil Doa Arwah in conjunction with the 19th anniversary of its founding at Kampong Lubok Pulau Mosque in Tutong District.
